Luxury Residential Extension | Maidenhead

This project involved extensive roofing works and external façade renovation on a large residential property in Maidenhead.

The scope of works included installation of large rooflight systems, roof repairs and refurbishment of the external architectural elements of the building.

The existing external structure required significant repair works due to deterioration and water damage. Damaged sections of the façade and architectural elements were carefully repaired and reinforced before being restored to their original appearance.

Large rooflight systems were installed to improve natural light within the property, while roofing works and façade refurbishment significantly improved the condition and appearance of the building.

The completed renovation restored the exterior architectural elements and upgraded the roof structure, improving both durability and aesthetics of the property.

Full House Transformation | Surrey

This project involved the full restoration and reinstatement of a luxury residential property in Gomshall following extensive flood damage. The works were carried out as part of an insurance restoration project, requiring the property to be completely stripped back and rebuilt internally.

The project began with a complete strip-out of all affected areas, including the removal of kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, wall finishes and damaged internal elements. Following the flood damage, the entire property underwent professional cleaning, sanitation and disinfection to prepare the building for the reinstatement phase.

Once the property had been fully dried and prepared, we carried out the complete reconstruction of the interior, including new internal wall systems, insulation and structural preparation works. A new underfloor heating system was installed throughout the house, followed by the installation of engineered oak flooring across the main living spaces.

One of the standout features of the project was the installation of large-format ceramic panels measuring up to 3 metres in length, used to create a striking feature fireplace and bespoke TV media wall, forming the main focal point of the living area.

The property was completed with bespoke kitchens and luxury bathrooms, including custom-made cabinetry with metal-clad finishes, creating a distinctive contemporary interior. Additional works included large-format tiling, plastering and full interior decoration, delivering a refined and cohesive finish throughout the home.

This project demonstrates our experience in insurance restoration works, flood damage repair and high-end residential refurbishment, managing the process from complete strip-out and sanitation through to the final interior finishes.

New Build Apartment Development | Regan Way, London

The Regan Way project involved the full construction and complete fit-out of a six-apartment new-build residential development in London, delivered from foundations through to final finishes.

As the main contractor, we delivered the project from groundworks and structural construction through to full internal fit-out, ensuring a seamless and efficient build process across all stages.

The structural phase included foundations, masonry construction, structural steel installation, floor structures, and timber joists, forming the complete building framework.

We also completed the external building envelope, including roof construction and GRP roofing systems, providing long-term durability and weather protection.

The development incorporated full thermal insulation and internal partition systems in line with current UK building regulations and energy efficiency standards.

Our team delivered the full mechanical and electrical installation, including plumbing systems, electrical infrastructure, and internal service installations across all six apartments.

The internal fit-out included flooring systems, tiling, plastering, decorating, and detailed finishing works. Each apartment was completed with fully installed kitchens, bathrooms, and modern interior finishes, ready for immediate occupation.
